In the evening hours of April 29, 2023, tragedy struck on the 3800 block of Harlem Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, claiming the life of Samuel Green, a 43-year-old Black male. The quiet street was disrupted by the sound of gunfire, and when police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 8:20 p.m., they discovered a grim scene. Green had been shot and was pronounced dead at the location.
Alongside Samuel Green, another man, aged 44, was also found suffering from gunshot wounds.
