In the early hours of a cold January morning in Baltimore, the life of 55-year-old Troy Harrison was tragically cut short. On January 3, 2019, at approximately 10:07 a.m., Harrison, a Black male, was discovered deceased at 700 E Biddle St. He had been fatally shot at the scene.
