In the winter of 2018, the life of a young Baltimore man was tragically cut short. Garnett Kennedy, a 24-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 19, 2018. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue, a residential street in the city.
