In the late afternoon of November 26, 2018, Tiron Tydie Dansbury, a 37-year-old Black transgender woman, was found with gunshot wounds in Baltimore, Maryland. The discovery was made at approximately 5 p.m. in the 1900 block of Lanvale Street. Emergency services responded to the scene and transported Dansbury to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in grave condition. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries two days later, on November 28, 2018.
