In the quiet town of Hagerstown, Maryland, the life of 22-year-old Cody Brian Lynn was tragically cut short on the evening of Monday, November 12, 2018. Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department were dispatched to a residence on North Locust Street at 8:46 p.m., where they discovered Lynn inside, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and being rushed to Meritus Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
