In the evening hours of Saturday, October 27, 2018, a burst of violence on a street in Northeast Baltimore claimed the life of Jean-Bernard Michel. A Black male, reported to be between 28 and 31 years old, Michel was discovered by Baltimore Police officers around 8:40 p.m. in the 5300 block of Plymouth Road. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.
