In the early morning hours of July 8, 2017, the life of 37-year-old Anthony Russell of Oxon Hill, Maryland, was tragically cut short. A male victim, later identified as Russell, was discovered with gunshot wounds in the 5700 block of Cypress Creek Drive in the Chillum area of Prince George's County.
