In the summer of 2015, the life of 19-year-old Darrius Johnson was cut short by gun violence in Baltimore, Maryland. On July 10th, Johnson was the victim of a fatal double shooting. At the time of his death, he was a young man with a known history of encounters with the law, including charges of assault, trespass, and burglary.
