Melvin Mouldin, a 64-year-old Black man from Baltimore, Maryland, was killed in a late-night burst of violence that unfolded in Southwest Baltimore. Police were called to the unit block of South Morley Avenue at about 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, and found two men down with gunshot wounds, the scene still fresh and chaotic as neighbors tried to make sense of what had just happened.
