In the cold of a November night in 2015, the life of 26-year-old Davon Arnez Barrett was cut short on the streets of Baltimore. A Black / African American male, he was found unresponsive on the 3200 block of Belair Road in the Belair Edison neighborhood, the victim of a fatal shooting.
