On December 16, 2007, Lamar John McKelley, a 31-year-old male, was found inside an apartment in Oxon Hill, Maryland, in the 11000 block of Southview Drive. In the quiet stretch of a Sunday afternoon, an acquaintance came to check on him, found him unconscious, and dialed 911.
