Rashad Snowden, a 38-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on January 31, 2020, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred on Avenue E, where Snowden was standing outside 101 Avenue E when he was shot. The Rochester Police Department responded to a 911 call at approximately 10:40 a.m., reporting a person shot in the area.
