Enrique Navarro, a 37-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2022. Navarro was shot and killed while riding his bicycle in a neighborhood near Fairview and Tower avenues. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they found Navarro suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical services and fire personnel, Navarro was pronounced dead at the scene. ...
