Dorian Franklin, a 34-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2021, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Mike’s Liquor Market, located in the Mountain View neighborhood. Franklin was standing outside his vehicle when a white car drove by, and someone inside the car opened fire, striking him multiple times in the upper torso.
