In the early morning hours of October 8th, a dispute in New Orleans near Duncan Plaza turned fatal for Atiba Green, a male. The altercation, involving multiple individuals, left Green unresponsive at the intersection of Gravier Street and Loyola Avenue. Paramedics who arrived at the scene were unable to revive him and he was pronounced dead. The coroner later ruled his death a homicide.
