Frank Sierras, a 22-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2021, in a shooting incident at Campus Pointe, a popular shopping and entertainment area near Fresno State University. The incident occurred shortly after midnight when Sierras was involved in an argument in the parking lot of the shopping center.
