David Medrano, a 21-year-old resident of Porterville, California, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2021, in a shooting incident at the Westwood Village apartment complex in Fresno. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. when police were called to the scene following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Medrano suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
