Oudara Chounramany, a 29-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on January 31, 2021, during a violent incident at a birthday party. The party, held in southeast Fresno, turned deadly when gunfire erupted just after 1:00 a.m. Police responded to the scene near Chestnut and Butler Avenues, where they found Chounramany and another victim, Felicia Becerra, suffering from gunshot wounds.
