Cedric Donnell Brooks Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Burbank, California, was tragically found dead on January 26, 2021. The incident occurred in an apartment located on the 200 block of West Tujunga Avenue. According to reports, Burbank police received multiple calls from residents who heard what they believed to be a disturbance and possible gunshots.
