Donald Harold Crisel, who was 20 years old at the time of his death on June 16, 1979. He was a Marine and was a victim of serial murderer Randy Kraft, also known as the Freeway Killer and the Scorecard Killer. Kraft was sentenced to death for the murders of 16 young men, including Crisel.
