Andrew Gerardo Diaz, a 26-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2019, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in the area of Lorena and Plumas avenues, near the West Fresno Branch Library and Edison High School. According to reports, Diaz was outside with a family member when a vehicle approached, and an occupant opened fire, striking him multiple times.
