Nam Hoai Nguyen, a 19-year-old from San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2019. The incident occurred at the Linda Vista Recreation Center, where a confrontation between two groups of young men escalated into violence. Around 4:45 p.m., during a fight near a basketball court, Nam was shot. Despite the efforts of paramedics who rushed him to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
