Victor Armando Hernandez, a 29-year-old resident of San Diego, California, was tragically shot to death on February 19, 2020. The incident occurred in the Mountain View neighborhood, where Hernandez was found mortally wounded in an alley on Florence Lane. Responding officers discovered him shortly before 3 p.m., and despite being rushed to a hospital, he was pronounced dead.
