Carlos Valdovinos, a 16-year-old from San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2019, in a shooting incident that occurred in the Linda Vista neighborhood. The incident took place near Kelly Street Park, where Valdovinos was fatally shot in the upper body. According to reports, the shooting happened around 6 p.m. when Valdovinos and his friends were involved in an altercation with the driver of a four-door sedan.
