Brenda Renteria, a 28-year-old resident of Simi Valley, California, tragically lost her life on April 7, 2019, in Hawthorne, California. Brenda was a loving mother of three children and was described as a humble, soft-spoken individual with a heart of gold. Her untimely death occurred during a child custody exchange outside the Hawthorne Police Department. Brenda was meeting her ex-boyfriend, Jacob Ryan Munn, for the exchange when the incident took place.
