Clotee Annitinette Reyes, a 19-year-old woman from Palmdale, California, tragically lost her life on September 30, 2017, in Lancaster, California. Reyes and her boyfriend, Andrew James Chavez, an 18-year-old from Lancaster, attended an impromptu party at a friend's house on the 43000 block of 6th Street East.
