Miguel Valenzuela, a 23-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2017. The incident occurred around 2:50 PM when the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office received reports of shots being fired from a vehicle in the 2000 block of N. Cedar Avenue.
