Oscar Andrew Garcia, an 18-year-old high school senior from Monrovia, California, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2017. Garcia, who was an aspiring photographer and a student at Canyon Oaks High School, was shot and killed in the 100 block of West Cypress Avenue.
