Michael Der Vartanian, a 59-year-old commercial airline pilot from Clovis, California, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2016. His death was the result of a botched robbery that escalated into a fatal shooting. On that fateful day, Der Vartanian was targeted by a group of individuals who had devised a plan to rob him.
