On October 19, 2015, Ernesto Ruiz Martinez, aged 35, was tragically killed in Salinas, California. The incident occurred around 3:00 PM in the 1400 block of Garner Avenue. Martinez was found on the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. According to reports, he had been riding a bicycle when he was chased by two Hispanic males in a dark-colored two-door vehicle.
