Upon arrival, deputies and officers discovered Puga suffering from gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses reported that prior to the shooting, Puga had participated in the sideshow and lost control of his vehicle, colliding with another car.
