In the autumn of 2017, a Baltimore man, 59-year-old Tyrone Rogers, became the victim of a fatal assault that has yet to be solved. A Black male, Rogers was discovered injured on September 19, 2017, in the 200 block of North Luzerne Avenue. The nature of his injuries pointed to blunt force trauma.
