Raymond Fisher, aged 45, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2014, in Fresno, California. On that fateful day, Fisher was sitting on his father-in-law's porch, awaiting the arrival of his children for a Fourth of July barbecue. Suddenly, he was shot and killed.
