In the early morning hours of a late November day, the life of Walter Eugene Price was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 22, 2016, at approximately 6:13 a.m., the 32-year-old Black male was found in the 500 block of Random Road. He had been fatally shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
