In the autumn of 2016, the life of 31-year-old Marlon Harris was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of September 25th, Harris was in the vicinity of the 4300 block of Park Heights Avenue in the Northwest part of the city when he was shot multiple times.
