In the early hours of a Monday morning in Baltimore, the life of 19-year-old Deric Garrison was tragically cut short. On September 17, 2018, at approximately 12:15 a.m., police were called to the 3000 block of Rosedale Court, where they discovered the young Black male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head and upper body.
