Known affectionately as "Geedie," he was remembered by friends and family for his infectious smile and love for life. Having attended Baltimore City Public Schools, he was a man who cherished his family and enjoyed pastimes such as playing Pinochle, visiting the casino, and sports, with a particular fondness for softball.
