Wyslert Fraise, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 17, 2019, in North Lauderdale, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning at approximately 6:47 a.m. when Broward Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about a shooting at 7701 SW 10th Court.
