Luis Mendez, a 56-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on September 12, 2020, in Pompano Beach, Florida. Mendez, who had emigrated from Honduras in search of a better life, was waiting outside the Ripon Food Market for his son-in-law when he was approached by a man.
