In the pre-dawn hours of a Saturday in northeast Baltimore, the quiet of a residential street was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On November 7, 2015, 38-year-old Robert Joseph Adams, a Black/African American male, was fatally shot in what police would describe as a double homicide.
