O’Neil McDonald, a 31-year-old man from Panama City Beach, Florida, was fatally shot on August 6, 2024, at the 10x Living apartment complex at Breakfast Point. McDonald, who was the son of a former Jamaica national football player, was visiting the apartment complex when the incident occurred.

The investigation by the Panama City Beach Police Department revealed that there was an ongoing dispute between McDonald and Andre Jermaine Ranglin, a 23-year-old man from Panama City Beach. On ...
