In the evening hours of a Saturday in East Baltimore, 32-year-old Kelavin Weaver was fatally shot in what police believe was a targeted attack. The incident occurred at approximately 7:20 p.m. on October 17, 2015, in the 1200 block of North Decker Street. Weaver, a male, resided several blocks away from where the shooting took place.
