Kirk Butler, 45, was a Black man from Baltimore, Maryland, whose night ended in a burst of violence on Friday, September 11, 2015. Just before 10:00 p.m., gunfire cracked through the 2400 block of Barclay Street in East Baltimore, and when officers arrived they found Butler wounded by a gunshot.
