Harold Smith III, a 32-year-old resident of Tallahassee, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2018. The incident occurred late at night near the 3100 block of Bicycle Road. Responding officers from the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) found Smith suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being discovered.
