Richard Buchanan, a 28-year-old resident of Pompano Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2017. The incident occurred at an auto repair shop located at 2100 N. Powerline Road. Buchanan had approached the shop owner, William Mann, 52, to discuss repairs made to his 2004 Lexus IS 300. The conversation quickly escalated into a heated argument.
