Amirra Jacques, a 4-year-old African American girl from Riviera Beach, Florida, tragically died on September 18, 2016. The incident occurred when Amirra found a gun on the bottom bunk of a bed in her home. The firearm discharged, resulting in a fatal shot to her head.
