In the autumn of 2014, the city of Baltimore was once again confronted with the specter of violence when Robert Earl Neville, a 46-year-old male, was gunned down on a street in the western part of the city. On the evening of November 2nd, police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Mr. Neville suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
