On a summer evening in Baltimore, the life of 18-year-old Cedric Duane Stancil was tragically cut short. On June 29, 2014, a shooting erupted in the 800-block of Allendale Street in West Baltimore, near a playground. Stancil was one of three victims caught in the gunfire.
