In the early moments of a Tuesday in June 2014, the life of 28-year-old Chealyn Mitchell was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. Just after midnight, on June 3rd, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3700 block of Reisterstown Road. Upon arrival, officers found Mitchell suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at 12:42 a.m.
