David Teitelbaum, a 50-year-old mental health counselor from Pembroke Pines, was tragically shot and killed on November 9, 2014, while visiting a friend's home in Hollywood, Florida. Teitelbaum was at the residence of James Anthony Welker, located in the 2600 block of Grant Street, when the incident occurred.
